A great temporary opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work for a well recognised, highly regarded health care provider in Melbourne's Inner North Suburbs. You will be an integral part of the business and acting as the right hand at all times.
The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, screening emails, formatting of tender documents, event coordination, billings, expense management and liaising extensively with client.
It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years solid experience, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to priorities your work while working under pressure. Intermediate MS Office is essential.
