This is a great opportunity to put combine your HR and Recruitment skills for a leading global brand. Reporting into the HR Manager you role will offer variety where no two days are the same.
The key to this role is to provide exceptional levels of customer service to all employees, HR staff and Managers across all aspects of the HR & Recruitment function.
Key duties: driving new initiatives and projects, stakeholder engagement, full 360 recruitment activities, on boarding new starters, learning and development along with other general HR activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong attention to detail and proven experience in a HR Coordinator role with a strong Recruitment focus, particularly within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You must also have a good sense of humour, be confident and be able to think outside the square. Tertiary Qualifications, strong customer service focus along with excellent communication skills are a must!
