This recognisable CBD-based Not-for-Profit organisation is continuously evolving and striving to be a leader in its field in the way they harvest the power of technology.  As such, as they become more data-driven, IT applications have become a core aspect of their digital transformation programme.  We are searching for a Business Analyst for a role focused on delivering our client's strategy around MS Dynamics CRM.   

 

Key Skills / Responsibilities: 

  • Focused on designing, configuring and administrating MS Dynamics CRM. 

  • Identify and investigate opportunities to improve and streamline business processes in-line with Microsoft dynamics CRM capabilities and integration with other program system. 

  • Document business requirements / user stories for the continuous improvement (CI) of the CRM solution (MS Dynamics) 

  • Assist with day-to-day CRM support, administration, reporting and end-user training. 

  • Create and maintain User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, checklists and documentation. 

  • Address stakeholder requests. 

  • Work with a team of PM’s and BA’s on supplementary activities around supporting the delivery of IT application projects.   

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years’ Business Analyst experience in the business analysis life cycle. 

  • Project Management / Business Analysis Qualifications are an advantage (e.g. BaBOK). 

  • Experience in large MS Dynamics projects. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.   

  • Demonstrated experience process mapping and business and functional requirements documentation 

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Project Management and Software Development Methodologies. 

  • The ability to translate abstract information into high quality business requirements 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and workshop/training facilitation skills. 

  • Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
