Job description
This recognisable CBD-based Not-for-Profit organisation is continuously evolving and striving to be a leader in its field in the way they harvest the power of technology. As such, as they become more data-driven, IT applications have become a core aspect of their digital transformation programme. We are searching for a Business Analyst for a role focused on delivering our client's strategy around MS Dynamics CRM.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Focused on designing, configuring and administrating MS Dynamics CRM.

Identify and investigate opportunities to improve and streamline business processes in-line with Microsoft dynamics CRM capabilities and integration with other program system.

Document business requirements / user stories for the continuous improvement (CI) of the CRM solution (MS Dynamics)

Assist with day-to-day CRM support, administration, reporting and end-user training.

Create and maintain User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, checklists and documentation.

Address stakeholder requests.

Work with a team of PM’s and BA’s on supplementary activities around supporting the delivery of IT application projects.
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ Business Analyst experience in the business analysis life cycle.

Project Management / Business Analysis Qualifications are an advantage (e.g. BaBOK).

Experience in large MS Dynamics projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience process mapping and business and functional requirements documentation

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Project Management and Software Development Methodologies.

The ability to translate abstract information into high quality business requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and workshop/training facilitation skills.

Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
