About the role
I am looking for an experienced Office Manager for a short term 8 week temporary position based in Pyrmont. Looking after a small office of 50 you will be the main point of contact for all staff and visitors.
This is a full time position working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday paying $30+Super p.h I am looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, recent Office Management experience and the ability to work autonomously in this position.
Duties to include:
- Answering the telephone
- Processing invoices
- Ordering stationary
- Tidying away the kitchen
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Diary management
- Travel arrangement
- Supporting events
- General admin support
