Job description
Customer Service Administrator /Order Management Specialist
- $60-$75 + super (based on experience)
- Kurnell Location
- Fast paced IT Distribution Organisation
Our client is an award-wining ASX listed IT distribution organisation who are looking for a process driven sales support candidate who enjoys customer service based in Kurnell.

About the role:
- Enter and process incoming orders – EDI, web portal based, e-mail
- Follow Vendor Bid process
- Take calls, answer emails and process requests during stated work hours
- Resolve any issues and/or escalate to the Manager
- Liaise with transport companies to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner
About you:
- Knowledge of IT hardware distribution or products preferred
- Strong customer service or sales support experience
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work
- High attention to detail
- Strong understanding of administration procedures (e.g. ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns and payments)
