Customer Service Administrator /Order Management Specialist

  • $60-$75 + super (based on experience)
  • Kurnell Location
  • Fast paced IT Distribution Organisation 

Our client is an award-wining ASX listed IT distribution organisation who are looking for a process driven sales support candidate who enjoys customer service based in Kurnell. 

They believe culture is important and have clear goals on career development and progression. 

About the role:

  • Enter and process incoming orders – EDI, web portal based, e-mail
  • Follow Vendor Bid process
  • Take calls, answer emails and process requests during stated work hours
  • Resolve any issues and/or escalate to the Manager
  • Liaise with transport companies to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner


About you: 

  • Knowledge of IT hardware distribution or products preferred
  • Strong customer service or sales support experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of administration procedures (e.g. ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns and payments)
