My client is seeking an experienced corporate Team Assistant/PA for a permanent role in their corporate head office in Alexandria. This role would suit a Junior PA/ Administrator who is looking to step up into their next role.

About the role:
As the PA/Team Assistant for this globally established organisation, you will be supporting an Executive and his wider team with general administrative support.
Duties within the role will include:

  • Diary Management
  • Email management
  • Filing, scanning
  • Handling correspondence
  • General administration
  • Handling enquiries within the team
  • Processing invoices/ expenses

About you:

  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • At least 1-2 years PA/TA experience is preferable
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
  • Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite
