About the Company:
This is a large, corporate company based in the heart of North Sydney, close to the train station. The company is looking for a PA to assist the Executive General Manager.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Diary Management
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Proactively arranging meetings
- Manage agendas
- Documentation including reports and presentations
- Following up on actions
- Reconciling expenses
- General administration
- Site coordination on and off sites
- Assisting co-ordination of recruitment and on-boarding
