Opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a very busy, corporate company on a temporary contract.

About You:


The perfect person will be a Personal Assistant who has strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is an excellent communicator and proficient in using Microsoft Office suite. If you have a can-do, positive attitude and you’re a team player with a strong work ethic, this is the right fit for you!

About the Company:

This is a large, corporate company based in the heart of North Sydney, close to the train station. The company is looking for a PA to assist the Executive General Manager.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Proactively arranging meetings
  • Manage agendas
  • Documentation including reports and presentations
  • Following up on actions
  • Reconciling expenses
  • General administration
  • Site coordination on and off sites
  • Assisting co-ordination of recruitment and on-boarding
