  • 6-month contract – Immediate start

About the role
Working for a leading construction firm where you will be working in Bendigo for a world class hospital on a large-scale project. Reporting to the CEO, you will be working within a small team where you will be managing the administration functions of the project and supporting the CEO to ensure the project is ran effectively.

Key duties: 

  • Monitor and tracking of the project 
  • Providing reporting 
  • Basic financial processing  
  • Diary and email management  
  • Managing communication flow 
  • Organising and coordinating meetings  
  • Preparation of project documents 
  • Liaising with key stakeholders 
  • Analysing data 
  • Assisting with board reports 
  • Ensuring the project compliance  


About you
Previous project administration experience is essential and strong relationships management skills. You will be confident and willing to learn with excellent attention to detail along with the ability to work in a very fast paced busy team. Your knowledge working within / supporting commercial/contracts managers will see you shine to hit the ground running.
