Working for one of Australia’s leading construction firms, where you will be based on one of their high-profile projects in the heart of the CBD. This organisation is going from strength to strength and is number one market leaders in Melbourne.
Providing a high level of customer service both face to face and on the phone, you day will be varied with no two days the same. Key duties including; answering incoming calls, assisting project managers with queries, coordinating meetings, organising catering, processing invoices, formatting documents, monitoring the leave register and providing support to the site manager.
This is a “hands on” role and requires the successful candidate to have superior communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail and your strong initiative. Your previous reception combined administration/secretary experience working in a similar environment is essential.
