Job description

Are you currently working as an accountant and thinking of a career change? Are you over billable hours? Would you rather be working in a fun, sociable and noisy office recruiting accountants instead of being one?

If the answer is yes, please read on as we are looking for someone just like you to join our team.

The Opportunity

We need someone to build, grow and own our Regional NSW and ACT Accounting desk. You will develop your skills as a recruitment consultant from the bottom up; you already know what an accountant does so you’re already halfway there, we can teach you the rest.  We have existing PSA’s in place and a steady flow of candidates being generated from the rest of our accountancy team who are looking to relocate, we just need someone who is keen to build relationships, have some fun and make some money.

You will be working in a team of experienced consultants who have a wealth of market knowledge to pass on. The Accountancy market is job rich; it just requires someone to find good people, connect the dots and help accounting firms secure top talent.

On top of your salary we have some great incentives:

  • All expenses paid annual Big Billers overseas trips for those that qualify
  • Quarterly incentives for achieving your targets
  • Warmer months = boat party around Sydney harbour for the afternoon
  • Cooler months = eat in Sydney’s BEST restaurants
