Job description
Charterhouse are currently partnering with a well-renowned, market-leading organisation in Melbourne's CBD in search of a Reporting Analyst.
Reporting Analyst – 6 months - $1,100 - $1,200 incl. Super
This role is integral to the Network & Performance Function, managing and creating performance reports, creating insights and providing advise to business stakeholders.
The role will involve:
- Manage weekly and monthly reports, capturing insights from metrics
- Translating insights and data into interpretable results
- Creating reports and BI dashboards on trends and forecasts
- Analyse customer centric data
- Identify modelling requirements with other team members
The role will need:
- Expertise in BI Reporting tools - Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, SQL & Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Business &financial acumen
- Understanding of Telecomms and network performance reporting
