Our client, a leading Accounting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team at their Sydney CBD location. Successful candidate will be working from their state of the art offices 4 days a week.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual with prior Executive Assistant experience preferably within a professional services environment. You will be providing support to 1 Executive and their team.This is an excellent opportunity for the successful individual to be part of an organisation that is embarking on significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
  • Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
  • Proactively prepare documentation and reports as required.
  • Identify and take any follow up action arising from agenda and meeting/board notes as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the division other staff members as required
  • Build strong networks and relationships with clients and their EAs
  • Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Carry out special projects as allocated by the Executive

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated significant senior Executive Assistant skills and experience working directly with a Partner preferably gained within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
  • Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilient and able to maintain composure when under pressure
  • Well developed conflict resolution skills
  • High level of relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or other relevant qualification will be highly regarded
