About the Company
My client is a leading Government agency responsible for the development of NSW communities. They promote positive change by planning projects to increase tourism and protect our environment.
About the Role
This role is based at Hurstville within the Funding and Management Reporting team which is part of the Office of Environment and Heritage Decision Support Team.
Key Accountabilities (Short term)
- Pick up BAU reporting tasks within team(s) to cover staff on leave
- Co-ordinate data collection from multiple sources within tight deadlines
Key Accountabilities (Ongoing)
- Consolidation of data/reporting from multiple sources
- Develop and prepare monthly financial management and dashboard reports to inform decisions and implementation of mitigation strategies regarding progress or variances against budgets and forecasts
- Program reporting Adhoc analysis for the division
About You:
- Excel modelling/ Advanced formulas
- Ability to coordinate and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Exposure to Treasury PRIME system and data reporting requirements (highly advantageous)
- Experience working in a program reporting and/or consolidated reporting role
- Experience using SAP
- Ability to hit the ground running/ multi tasker
- Good Management Accounting and Business Partnering Skills
- Highly analytical with an attention to detail and ability to deal with high volumes of data and summarise into key trends and messages
