Job description
Senior Internal Auditor
- Immediate Start Available
- NSW Government Agency
- Day rate $606-$706 daily (ex super)
Sydney CBD based and WFH
Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end to ensure all identified areas and audit scope have been fully addressed
- Identify and communicate issues raised and offer recommended solutions relevant to business and risk
- Assist in the development of annual risk-based audit plan to support a robust planning schedule for audit and reporting activities
- Monitor and review audit conclusions to ensure these are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances and risk
- Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives to support planning, performance and benchmarking within the organisation
About You
- Experience in developing and implementing audit scopes and programs for internal audits within large and complex business / organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or equivalent with demonstrated professional work experience
