My client is a leading media organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate and logging of all incidents /requests via phone and email across level 1 support. You will also be responsible for on-boarding/off-boarding, resolving incidents and requests through to resolution and to agreed SLA's.
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- 1-2 years Service Desk experience
- Strong desktop support skills (Microsoft 7 and 10, Microsoft Office and desktop hardware
- Office 365 (Support & administration)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
