About the role:

I am seeking an experienced Team Assistant for a newly created role located in Sydney CBD.  The ideal candidate will have experience in working as an Administrator/Junior PA within a Sales focused environment. Within this role you will be supporting the General Manager and three Director's within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast pace environment where you will be supporting a high performing team.  
 
Duties within the role will include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Diary management 
  • Minute taking 
  • Meeting coordination
  • Travel coordination
  • compliance administration
  • document control
  • Processing invoices
  • general administration

Skill requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • 2 years minimum experience in a Team Assistant/PA focused role
  • Time management
  • Highly organised
  • Event coordination
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Experienced in using MS Suite
