About the company 
This opportunity is newly created role for an experienced Team Assistant to help shape this and make it their own. This is for a property development investor supporting 8 individuals located in South Yarra. 
   
Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • High level administrative support to 8 Individuals (2 teams)
  • General office management related tasks 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members 
  • Assisting with IT concerns
  • Preparing reports through excel 

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Upbeat, bubbly, fantastic attitude 
  • Experience working in a busy administration role  
  • Must be immediately available 
  • Competency with IT systems - MS Suite 
  • Legal admin background highly regarded
