Job description

We are assisting our NSW Government client to fill an Administration Coordinator position based in Bankstown.

We are assisting our NSW Government client to fill an Administration Coordinator position based in Bankstown for an initial 4 months contract
 
This role is Internally facing - supporting the internal admin, fulfil duties such as proofing letters, review and action of shared email mail box and triaging to the appropriate staff members, checking trackers, forwarding messages.
 
Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting the managers with reviewing incoming emails and allocating them to the team
  • Coordinating responses back to the team and managers
  • Collation and filing of admin requests from the team
  • Provide admin support to Manager plus 4 Leaders within the business unit

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Must have the ability to work within fast paced environment
  • Must have excellent customer service
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally come from a Work Health and Safety/Workers Compensation background
