Role summary
This role is to support an already existing finance team with a growing workload, as the business continues to expand. Supporting with transactional duties, this role will encompass AR/AP duties, bank reconciliations and pulling/creating reports.
About the role
- Processing local supplier payment as approved by the Finance Manager
- Petty cash reimbursements
- Process weekly payroll timesheets
- Create weekly reports AP/AR/Bank Rec for the Finance Manager
- Following up on overdue invoices and ensuring they are paid in timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements both local and intercompany
- Some customer involved
Skills & experience
- Educated to at least Diploma level
- Must have previous SAP experience
- Confident personality, keen to come in and hit the ground running
