About the company
 
This opportunity is for this wonderful NDIS organisation, as a temporary Business Support officer, providing administrative and customer service support working remotely from home with a great team who share similar values.  

 
Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  
  • Providing high level customer support and advise  
  • Providing an individualized service to those you support based on their specific circumstances 
  • Processing customer service agreements  
  • Data entry 
  • Processing invoices 
  • Various administrative tasks as instructed by manager  

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – Written and verbal  
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme 
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills 
  • Experience working in an administration role  
  • Maturity, patient, kind and inclusive personality  
  • Experience working in NDIS or NFP highly advantageous  
  • Immediately available ideal 
  • Competency with IT systems
