Job description
Working within an open-plan office, your contribution as the Candidate Manager / Resourcer will be valued immensely and will see you perform duties that will include:- Interviewing of various candidates
- Formatting of candidate resumes
- Database administration
- Reference Checking
- Ad writing
- Ensuring compliance of Contractors regarding WHS
- Proactively sourcing candidates via linked in etc.
- Plus a variety of other tasks
- 1-2 years’ experience as an administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- possess a strong client focus and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail and initiative
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Recruitment experience would be highly regarded, but we would consider candidates looking to move into the sector.
- Lastly, it is important that you have a great sense of humour!
