Job description

The Role
An extremely prominent government agency is looking for a Case Management Advisor with someone who has experience with Workers Compensation or exposure to Workers Compensation. You will be supporting two Team Leaders and the Injury Management Director

Duties
  • Effectively managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
  • Recording and tracking correspondence
  • Workers compensation claims administration support
  • Follow up documentation and tracking correspondence
  • Contacting injured employees and agent to establish status
  • Uploading and updating Claims Management system
  • Sending requests to claims agent for information
Skills/ Experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • HR admin background ideal
  • A strong attention to detail and a strong customer service influence
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills
  • Ideally 2- 3 years’ experience in workers compensation
