Job description
The RoleAn extremely prominent government agency is looking for a Case Management Advisor with someone who has experience with Workers Compensation or exposure to Workers Compensation. You will be supporting two Team Leaders and the Injury Management Director
Duties
- Effectively managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
- Recording and tracking correspondence
- Workers compensation claims administration support
- Follow up documentation and tracking correspondence
- Contacting injured employees and agent to establish status
- Uploading and updating Claims Management system
- Sending requests to claims agent for information
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- HR admin background ideal
- A strong attention to detail and a strong customer service influence
- Advance Microsoft Office skills
- Ideally 2- 3 years’ experience in workers compensation
