The Opportunity
This prestigious growing accounting firm based in Sutherland Shire offer traditional accounting, taxation and compliance services in addition to advisory and outsourced CFO offerings. You will be a key contributor to their fast growing business and will help to build their future as well as your own career. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will have responsibility for managing assignments, assisting in the development of more junior members of the team and building lasting client relationships.

About the Role
- Manage your own client portfolio and develop relationships with clients
- Assisting with client advisory under the guidance of Partner
- Contribute to the ongoing improvements to processes adopted by the firm
- Train/ mentor and review the work of 3 junior staff members
- Work on tax advisory, business structuring, corporate finance projects
- Manage workflow, budgets and deadline management across the year

About You
- 6 + years experience within Chartered Accounting firm in Australia
- CA/CPA Qualification
- Degree Qualified
- Experience using Xero software, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- People management skills. Previous experience managing a team
