Collections Officers X 5, 12M Temp contract, Scoresby & WFH

• $30-38 per hour + super

The Company: 

My Client is the financial services subsidiary of a production company with global operations. Arguably a leader in their field of business, this is a leading company with a multi billion dollar market capitalisation.

They are on the lookout for a five (5) Collections Officers to join the team for an initial period of 12 months with an immediate start in their Scoresby office.

The role:

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls with customers who are in various stages of arrears with their loans
• Handling high volumes of calls whilst working with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Using sound judgement and decision making to recommend actions to be taken with delinquent accounts and passing on outstanding debts for debt collection and/or further legal action
• Completing all relevant administration and documentation

The ideal Candidate:

• Call centre and collections experience (desirable)
• Financial Services industry experience(desirable)
• The ability to work autonomously to find solutions and outcomes that benefit the business and the customer
• Well developed negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills(essential)
• The ability to manage your time effectively
