Job description

Fantastic 2 week CBD assignment for a Corporate Receptionist to assist a leading financial services client.

Are you a well presented, switched on and professional Corporate Receptionist?  Our leading financial services client requires a professional and experienced receptionist to assist them for 2 weeks’ leave cover located in stunning offices in Sydney’s CBD.

In this role, your duties would include but are not limited to:
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Planning and preparation of client meetings
  • Liaising with catering staff
Working 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will need a minimum of 1 years’ reception experience in a corporate environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation with a confident and friendly personality.
