We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for a one-month contract role in Mascot. Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are welcome to apply.

- Handle enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing orders
- Data entry
- General administration
Essentials:
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Service focused role
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
- Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
