• Contact Centre Specialist x15  
• $65,000 + Super  
• Hybrid once competent

We are looking for passionate Full-Time Customer Service Team Members to join us at our Contact Centre based in North Sydney. 

We welcome applications from those with a broad range of experience including those looking for a career change. 

Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up customer calls where necessary. 
• Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries. 
• Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives 
• Display personal resilience and an ability to deal with challenging situations 

A bit about you 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations 
• Clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries 
• Strong focus on customer experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent phone manner
