• Product Manager – Home Loans
• Fintech
• Agile  
• $180k-$200k + Bonus

My client is looking for a Product Manager – Home Loans with superb stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to develop a product roadmap for Home Loans. You will lead the delivery and be responsible for improving the customer experience, driving adoption, and generating business value. This role will work closely with the Business and Technology teams to advance the use of technology platforms to achieve strategic and annual goals.

The Role:

• Responsible for the vision, roadmap, development, delivery, and value realisation
• Create the roadmap and strategy to deliver home loan products and customer digital experience
• The position requires business interface, high collaboration with other Product Managers and Product Owners and participation to ensure effective solutions are in place and operating effectively.
• Develop an experience driven digital product roadmap that delivers new and enhanced features to accelerate growth and customer engagement
• Create key functionality that meets the product’s KPIs to increase the current customer base and ecommerce revenue stream
• Use analytics and knowledge of current market trends to continuously iterate and  improve the online customer experience

• Strategic and Annual Planning
• Lead the team using an Agile framework to deliver an iterative program with continues business value delivery to assure the highest level of success for all projects

• Create regular project progress reports covering: accomplishments; schedule performance; cost performance; and measured business outcomes for all projects

Requirements:

• Experience working within Home Loans / Lending

• Self-driven and strategic professional with experience in partnerships development across multidisciplinary teams

• Executing in and Delivery within Agile framework
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and an ability to influence
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
