Case management of employee related matters!
My client, a global leader in the Professional Services Sector, is seeking an experienced HR professional with a specialism in Employee Relations to join their team on a temporary basis.
This position offers excellent flexibility to work from home or from one of the offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
The initial contract will be 3 months with the potential to extend.
Due to the nature of the role being temporary, the ideal candidate will be able to come on board and hit the ground running, you will have extensive experience in case management within Employee relations and be able to work autonomously to address a wide range of ER matters.
Full training on internal policies and procedures will be provided.
About the role Duties within the role will include:
Partnering with staff within the Oceania region to address and resolve a wide range of complex employee related issues including disciplinary management, workplace investigations, Employee ill-health issues, Harassment, and bullying, Negotiated exits and redundancies. .
Building the firm’s capability in managing employment relations matters by educating and guiding Partners, people managers and HRBPs in employment relations processes and legislation.
Coaching and mentoring HR Advisors.
Experienced in Employee relations case management.
HR project management skills.
Proven ability to influence and guide business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
You will have a passion for helping stakeholders navigate complex and sensitive employee relations matters with care and compassion, whilst balancing risk and achieving a commercial outcome.
