Job description
- 3-month temporary assignment with potential to extend - ASAP Start!
- Remote working from home/office- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne
- Case management of employee related matters!
Duties within the role will include:
- Partnering with staff within the Oceania region to address and resolve a wide range of complex employee related issues including disciplinary management, workplace investigations, Employee ill-health issues, Harassment, and bullying, Negotiated exits and redundancies. .

Building the firm’s capability in managing employment relations matters by educating and guiding Partners, people managers and HRBPs in employment relations processes and legislation.

Coaching and mentoring HR Advisors.
About you:
- Experienced in Employee relations case management.

HR project management skills.

Proven ability to influence and guide business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- You will have a passion for helping stakeholders navigate complex and sensitive employee relations matters with care and compassion, whilst balancing risk and achieving a commercial outcome.
