Mandarin Speaking Executive Assistant- ASAP Start - Permanent Opportunity
- $100,000 package
- Sydney CBD with great flexible working conditions
In this role as the Executive Assistant you will be supporting multiple busy Partners. We are looking for an individual that has at least 5 years’ experience within the Accounting industry. The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the Partner's schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Handle ASIC lodgement’s
- Event management and coordination
- Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required
- Minimum 5 years previously as an EA/Team Assistant in Accounting Industry
- Friendly and professional candidate with corporate presentation
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- High level of relationship building and influencing skills
- Strategically minded, pre-empting and / or resolving issues
- High level of service delivery and client care
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
- Highly collaborative and friendly team environment
