Providing seamless administrative support to the Head of Client Business and providing administrative support to the wider Client Business Team.
   
About the company
My client is a leading global investment management firm providing advisory services in risk management, mutual funds and exchange traded funds for retail and institutional clients across 30 countries and major global markets.

About the role
The primary role of the Executive / Team Assistant is to provide support to and act as the gatekeeper for the Head of Client Business, their diary and to support the wider Client Business Team in administrative tasks.

You will be required to:

  • Managing all diary appointments including international video conferences for the Head of Client Business
  • Coordinating international travel for the Client Business Senior Management Team and liaising with a corporate travel agent
  • Collating and distributing meeting notes and documents for client meetings
  • Processing back office administration for the Head of Client Business and the Client Business Team including processing invoices and expenses

About you

  • Minimum five years previous experience in Executive, Personal, or Team Assistant role
  • Experience dealing with business stakeholder at all levels within an organisation
  • Demonstrated passion for teamwork and being an integral part of a successful team
  • Strong initiative and a pro-active approach with ability to work effectively within a fast paced, matrix management environment with minimal direction
