Job description

The role is initially a two month contract with the possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring compliance with lease and rental provisions and relevant legislation,
  • Financial accountability,
  • Tenant liaison,
  • Rent reviews,
  • Lease renewals
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
To be considered for this role, you will need to have;
  • Strong report writing skills. 
  • Experience in working in a similar regulatory environment
  • Excellent use of computers and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database management and the internet.
  • The ability to develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work to deadlines in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in responding to internal and external customer enquiries.
  • Understanding of EEO, WHS and work area safety practices
  • Drivers licence.
