About the Role
- Serve as the principal forecasting and business performance analysis subject matter expert
- Prepare insightful financial performance reporting for operations management and Board/Committees
- Deliver required periodic forecasting annual budgets and long-range forecasting
- Establish a finance business partnership with each key area / division becoming the trusted finance advisor to the business
- Provide support, guidance, and financial capability to the business for financial and projects, business plan objectives, forecasting and key business decisions
- Manage and motivate the FP&A team to remain high performing
Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with an excellent communication style
- Business process improvements mindset
- Strong proven commercial acumen
- An exceptional track record in a similar position within FP&A Manager role
- Proven experience of managing a team
