About the Role

  • Manage fortnightly pay runs for 600 staff, this is a full function position which includes superannuation, PAYG and Payroll tax.
  • The production of reports and accurate analysis for the whole payroll area
  • High level of Excel expertise to summarise complex data enabling the support of insightful information to aid in the company decision making process
  • The interpretation of complex Enterprise Agreements
  • Analysis of leave liability, rostering, wages reports


Skills & Experience

  • Ideally knowledge of rostering/time and attendance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with an excellent communication style
  • Proven experience of managing a payroll function
  • Qualifications relevant to finance/payroll
