My client is a global, reputable business (one of the largest in their field). We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team on permanent full time basis.
You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring the payroll deadlines are met, working with varied stakeholders across the business and making sure all BAU is done.
Offering a hybrid working model, CBD based office, $130,000 + super.


Key duties / responsibilities:

  • ensuring monthly payroll is processed correctly & on time
  • management of the payroll processes & team members
    • including reviews, mentoring, guidance
  • business partnering with multiple divisions within the business
  • monthly, quarterly, half year and yearly payroll reporting
  • payroll analysis & assisting with process improvements and efficiencies
  • dealing with payroll queries, on-boarding etc
  • identifying issues and implementing potential improvements within the payroll function

 

Key requirements:

  • strong knowledge across all things payroll related
  • team management / leadership experience
  • in-house & outsourced payroll knowledge
  • excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • proven ability to liaise with various stakeholders & build relationships
