We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our clients SEO GM and the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of SEO operations, organisational processes, and work closely with a variety of teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels, adaptable to different work styles, and flexible in their approach.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide general administrative support as required, assisting with day-to-day office functions.
  • Work closely with the CIO’s EA and the SEO Assistant team to align schedules, priorities, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for the SEO GM's, organise and attend meetings, set agendas, and minute actions.
  • Arrange travel for the Management and teams, serving as the primary contact for travel-related inquiries and bookings.
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, vendors, executives, and general managers, building strong relationships with staff and partners.
  • Assist in producing reports, presentations, and communications as directed.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, extensive experience in diary management is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a flexible approach to the evolving needs of the team.
  • Previous experience in coordinating events and managing complex schedules is highly desirable.
