The Role:
I am looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the funds finance team, where you will directly manage a small team of 4. Within the role you will be responsible for reviewing the work done by your team, whilst working in a strategic capacity.
Requirements
- Period end trial balances and accounting models
- Quarterly capital management reporting, forecasting and compliance.
- Fund associated external client reporting.
- Calculation of Fund CUVs, Fund quarterly distributions and management fees.
- Review of fund annual financial statements.
- Review of Finance inputs to Investor reporting.
- Deliver tax compliance obligations including annual returns, monthly BAS, Quarterly tax calculations.
- Support and collaborate with the internal and external valuation teams as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Trust accounting experience
- Property fund experience
- 5 years in a similar position
