Senior FP&A Analyst- $120,000-$140,000 + Super
- Exciting opportunity to work at Group level in a P.E back business
- Hybrid working
This is a private equity backed business that are experiencing rapid growth and needing additional support at a Group level. This is an environmental services business located near Mascot in Sydney, offering hybrid working and the potential for growth within the business.
About the Role
- Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Aggregate and integrate financial data from multiple business units to produce accurate and comprehensive group-level financial statements and reports
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and impact of strategic projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in FP&A activities
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial planning and reporting processes
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support various business needs
- 2+ years in a senior FP&A analyst position or FP&A manager
- Experience working in a group function (highly desirable)
- Well versed and competently able to solely consolidate data of 4+ businesses
- Ability to setup new processes
- Excellent communicator
- Motivated self starter
- Great with data and analysis
