Job description
- Initial 6 month contract with possible extension
- Paying up to $799 per day + super
- Based remotely, anywhere in NSW
Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of a range of policy initiatives to support this NSW Government Agency.
Role:
- Research, analyse and review complex policy issues
- Identify emerging issues, developing evidence-based options, and recommended solutions
- Provide expert policy advice and information to relevant stakeholders to facilitate the appropriate interpretation and implementation of policies and support this NSW Government Agency
- Mentor and guide policy officers and support staff within the team to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements
- Deliver policy initiatives and projects to the required standards and timeframes
About you:
- Tertiary level qualification in relevant area
- Experience in similar position, preferably in NSW State Government
