Blue Chip Organisation is looking for a Sustainability Performance Manager to assist in the development of sustainability frameworks, strategy, policy and performance metrics.

 

You will manage the data collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability performance across the Group for use in internal and external reporting and analyst surveys. Work on a range of other sustainability initiatives and engagement activity.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Sustainability and the Sustainability Committee to identify key sustainability themes, issues, trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in the research and development of discussion papers on specific topics as required
  • Support the development of a Sustainability Framework and map of key issues
  • Assess the organisations current management of sustainability in line with best practice sustainability frameworks, stakeholder expectations and competitor performance and help to identify strengths, gaps and associated opportunities and risks
  • Work with relevant group and divisional teams to embed sustainability into existing business policies, processes and procedures (e.g. Procurement)
  • Develop and manage data collection and reporting frameworks and processes, including the management of analyst surveys (e.g. DJSI, CDP, FTSE4Good, MSCI etc) and data
  • Assist in the development of a sustainability narrative and integration into internal and external communications and engagement
  • Prepare a master fact pack of sustainability information for use by the business in customer tenders and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the Committee and other key data owners across the Group to collect, cleanse, verify and analyze sustainability data and case studies

 

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Economics, Business or another relevant field and/or proven commercial experience
  • Experience across data analysis, sustainability benchmarking and reporting frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen and the drive to push sustainability across the business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
