About You:
Pet lovers are essential for this role, with the ability to provide caring and compassionate customer service as well as being able to understand financial products. You will:
- Provide the highest level of customer service as you guide our customers through their questions and queries
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, bringing a strong level of resilience
- Be a clear communicator
- Have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Most importantly – A true pet lover who is genuinely passionate about providing excellent service and reassuring our customers their beloved pet family members are in the best of care
About the Role:
- You will be required to take calls and respond to questions and enquiries
- Building relationships with customers over the phone
- Communicate clearly to provide further information in regards to policies and entitlements
- Be able to handle complaints effectively
- Complete tasks to allocated times and work to KPI’s
- Work collaboratively within the team
