  • Mon – Friday, full time hours 
  • $38.00ph + Super | view to go perm 

We are on the search for a strong, passionate customer service super star to help run the office  
Join on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of going permanent 

As the Workplace Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Workplace Services team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations 
 

Responsibilities, but not limited to: 

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors and maintain the reception area 
  • Assisting in preparing and setting up conference/meeting rooms 
  • Lead daily coordination with a broad range of admin duties from welcoming guests, answering calls and email enquiries to liaising with suppliers & clients  
  • Manage incoming calls and online service requests to triage and create work orders. 
  • Liaising with third party vendors to schedule works. 
  • Mailbox management 

Ideal 

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office OR 1+ years of experience within hospitality/retail / customer service
  • Genuine interest in providing an outstanding level of service 
  • Excellent people skills in relationship building to work with key stakeholders 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • A positive and resilient outlook 
  • Must be fully vaccinated
