About the company
You will be working with our client in the employee relations team for one of the largest governing body for schools in Australia. 

Responsibilities 
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following: 

  • Working with MS Access 
  • High level administrative support to the team
  • Management of diaries, email and appointments
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments 
  • Greeting clients and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Preparing reports through excel
  • Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone
  • Support enquiries over phone and email,


Requirements/Skills

  • MUST have MS Access experience 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
  • Experience working in a busy reception and administration role 
  • Construction industry administration experience highly advantageous 
  • Must be immediately available
  • Competency with IT systems
