Job description
This is a full time role working 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday paying up to $60K Package.
The position is to start immediately.
Duties:
- Setting up all IT equipment
- Ordering stationary
- Ad hoc reception duties
- Submit & reconcile expense reports
- General support to eh Pre-Contracts team
- Maintain & update spreadsheets
- Writing emails and letters on behalf of other office staff
- Generate reports
- Photocopy & print documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Receive, sort & distribute the mail
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Tidying away the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven admin experience
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational and planning skills
