Job description
This exciting and innovative Insurance Fintech are looking for a BA with Business Process Engineering / Re- engineering experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Business Process Engineering/ Re- engineering
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Be the go-to person for the developers for questions and business direction
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met Perform other duties as directed
Requirements
- Highly experienced Business Analyst within the Insurance Sector
- Previously worked within Financial Services
- Experienced gathering requirements for functional enhancements of a SaaS solution
- SQL experience
- Excellent verbal communication and workshop/training facilitation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
