Job description

Day to Day Duties:

  • Perform a range of administrative, logistical and coordination activities
  • Support engineering activities and projects
  • Assist with analysis and plans and reports to support engineering operations
  • Assist with the preparation of schedules
  • Assist with the production of related documentation
  • Promote a friendly and professional team environment
  • Work with construction team collaboratively to provide as-built documentation to the client
  • Small amounts of drafting
  • Attend internal/external meetings


Experience needed:

  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in fast paces environment.
  • AutoCAD
  • Data analytic experience – desirable
  • Knowledge of Construction and Property Development industries
