Job description

A Customer Service Representative is required for this well-known organisation based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Sitting within the Accounts team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service.

About the role

  • Answering inbound calls
  • General Filing duties
  • Fielding emails from customers including queries
  • Inform customers of new products and services
  • Educate customers on best practice procedures to ensure smooth and efficient billing process Knowledge of Ariba, EDI and ERP


About you

  • The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
  • Ideally 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience within a large professional organisation
  • Finance/ Accounts knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel skills as a minimum – ideally advanced
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
