Job description

  • 3-month contract, ASAP start
  • $30 per hour + Super
  • Full time position


Day to Day Duties: 

  • Correcting existing business data
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete records
  • Extracting and compiling data from internal systems
  • Ensuring accuracy of data that is being updated
  • Able to work to deadlines, and manage workload together as a team
  • General record management and maintenance
  • Process documents for inaccuracies or inefficiencies 
  • Verify and organise customer data 
  • Communication professionally with customers in order to correct data


Experience needed:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Data Entry or Admin position
  • High typing speed 60wpm with 80%+ accuracy
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in system integration highly desirable
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities
  • Team Player and problem solver
  • Bubbly, fun, outgoing personality
