Job description

  • 6 week contract opportunity 
  • Working 3 days per week
  • Overseeing the weekly Market coordination 

Based in a local government authority, this role is responsible for coordinating the bookings, invoices and permits for the markets as well engaging with all stakeholders. The position will be responsible for the smooth running of the markets each week

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contract into the Council for Market stakeholders
  • Escalating security or public concerns
  • Advising stallholders around compliance 
  • Issuing work orders and purchase orders as required 

You require:

  • Previous experience with systems such as Pathway, HPE Records Manager and Computron 
  • Experience working in local government would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities 
  • Excellent communication skills
