About the Role
The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide timely and effective administrative support to a high-profile Executive and his wider team, ensuring that they are comprehensively assisted, and their schedule and activities are coordinated and executed in a highly professional and strategic manner.
The role involves a broad range of highly sensitive and time critical tasks, often with competing priorities and deadlines. 

Duties will include:

  • Strategic diary management 
  • Attend meetings globally 
  • Extensive calendar management 
  • Complex Travel coordination - Domestic and International 
  • Maintain up to date knowledge with COVID 19 travel guidelines 
  • High level stakeholder engagement 
  • Document preparation and control - including presentations
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of global initiatives and projects 
  • Be an active member in the global EA network
  • Work across global times zones - particularly the US and UK

About You:

  • 3-5 years supporting senior executives at C-Suite Level 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis
  • Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail
  • Experienced in MS Suite 
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment where resilience and adaptability is essential
